Sales Contract for BoysNRags Ragdoll Kitten


This contract is between Veronica Kenny, hereafter, called Breeder and
______________________________________, hereafter, called Buyer.
This is a legal binding contact concerning the purchase of a cat/kitten
from BoysNRags.

Guarantees by Breeder :
  1. Breeder guarantees that the cat being sold is a purebred Ragdoll cat, with a pedigree, and is eligible for registration in
    TICA. The kitten cat/kitten will also be up to date on all vaccinations at the time of delivery.
  2. Breeder guarantees this to be a healthy cat/kitten when delivered. Breeder gives a 1 year health guarantee on any fatal
    genetic defects. If a certified veterinary gives a medical statement with description of genetic issue, then breeder and
    buyer will discuss options of receiving a new kitten.  Refunds and/or replacement kittens are at the sole discretion of the
    breeder. Shipping is always the responsibility of buyer
  3. If a kitten is sold with breeding rights, and proves to be sterile by age 2, proof needs to be given by certified vet, then
    breeder will give a replacement kitten (as available) in exchange for the original kitten. Shipping is always the
    responsibility of the buyer
  4. Although the breeder can give opinion of a  kitten being show/breeding quality, it is not any kind of guarantee of winning in
    a show or anything else. Breeder advises buyer to examine kitten in person to decide the quality of the kitten before
    purchase.
  5. Breeder is not responsible for any Vet bills that may occur after delivery of kitten for any given reason.

Guarantees by Buyer: Please read carefully. Failure to comply to any of the following will cause the contract
to be void.
  1. Buyer promises and warrants that this will be an indoor cat. It will not be allowed to roam freely outside.
  2. Buyer promises that under no circumstances will this cat ever be sold or given to a a humane shelter, research facility, pet
    shop, or any other similar facility.
  3. Under no circumstance is this cat to be de-clawed. Contract void if you decide to de-claw.
  4. If the cat is shipped or delivered by air, all fees will be the buyers sole responsibility. This will be discussed and agreed
    upon before hand as possible.  Delivery fees will be agreed upon before breeder delivers the kitten.
  5. All sales are final after 24 hours. Refund or replacement is always at the discretion of the breeder.
  6. If purchased as a pet, You MUST have your new fuzzy friend spayed/nuetered by the time he/she
    reaches 6 months of age, at this time buyer will send a statement by a certified Vet, describing the
    kitten & the procedure completed. Breeder will then send the kittens papers ASAP. Even if you do not
    want to register your kitten you still MUST spay/nueter by the given date. Failure to do so, relinquishes all
    buyers rights and breeder can and will ask for the return of the kitten. Buyer is responsible for shipping
    charges.
  7. Buyer agrees to buy quality kitten/cat food and adequate indoor sanitary facilities.
  8. Buyer agrees to provide adequate veterinary care and vaccinations.
  9. If purchased as a breeder, You must have seller's written permission to sell a kitten as a breeder. If you
    sell a kitten with breeding rights without my permission, Seller can claim ownership of the parent.

Contract is void if kitten becomes pregnant before spayed, or if male breeds before neutered. Kittens produced from pet quality
kittens may not be sold. Contract is void if female breeder becomes pregnant in her first heat, she needs to wait until 2nd heat
and/or after 1 year of age. If buyer decides they can no longer keep the animal, they agree to contact the seller first. If you transfer
to another owner, buyer agrees to let seller know and approve the transaction. This information is also for Boysnrags record
